In just a few simple steps, you can submit a request to upcycle your favorite item.
Open and print out the form below, fill it out, put it into a package with your fabric and mail it to us. (We suggest that you request tracking information on your package so you can be sure we receive it.)
We'll be in touch with after your package arrives. We’ll confirm all the details, create an order and finalize the cost and your payment information before our production team goes to work.
When your new Upcycled item is ready, we’ll carefully pack it up and send it back to you; the return postage is FREE for any orders over $100, and just $5.00 for all others using our standard domestic shipping via regular First Class mail.
